NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 2, 2016 and entered in Case No. 1501647CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. is Plaintiff and KATHRYN I. JOHNSON A/K/A KATHRYN JOHNSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FIRST-CITIZENS BANK & TRUST COMPANY SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ATLANTIC STATES BANK; are defendants. DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 29th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 16, LESS THE NORTH 190 FEET OF THE EAST 95 FEET AND LESS THE SOUTH 165 FEET, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 49, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 80 AND 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
