NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-000802 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and David T. Caldwell are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on October 25, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 125 FEET OF THE SOUTH 545 FEET OF LOT 1, G.H. WATSONS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK L, PAGE(S) 590, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID SUBDIVISION LYING IN THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, AND BEING A PART OF US LOT 1 IN SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
