NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2016, and entered in 2014CA-004947-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-FF1 is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH NICHOLE STYRON AKA ELIZABETH N HUCKS ; BILLY W HUCKS A/K/A BILLY HUCKS ; HIGHLAND LAKES ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN, A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 30, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
