Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 1 day of September, 2016, and entered in case No. 15-CA-002412 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SANTA COLOMA GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and R.R.S.D., INC., and Unknown Tenant(s)/Occupant(s) in Possession, n/k/a Sandra Sheaf, are the Defendant(s). That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of September, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 5 of Santa Coloma Gardens Condominium, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2006000349082, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
