NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 1, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-001797 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as indenture trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Accredited Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-4 Asset Backed Notes, is the Plaintiff and Karen M. Yates , Unknown Party #1 NKA MARK FLINT, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 5 day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
