NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 1, 2016, entered in Case No. 16-CA-000686 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and Mary Florence; Willie Florence; United States of America on Behalf of Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the October 5, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK A, PALM TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 28 AND 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
