TO ALL CREDITORS of GERALD A. WEISS:
The Grantor, GERALD A. WEISS, born on March 11, 1929, and who lived at 3701 Chipshot Court, North Fort Myers, Florida 33917, died on August 15, 2016. There is no personal representative of the Grantor's estate to whom letters of authority have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the WEISS FAMILY TRUST, dated September 8, 1998, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to MICHAEL C. WEISS, Successor Trustee, within 4 months after publication of this notice.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
