Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 19, Block 47, Unit 9, Lehigh Acres, Section 14, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 139, in, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, at www.lee.realforeclose.com. beginning at 9:00 am, on October 5, 2016.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
