NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 1, 2016, and entered in 12-CA-056102 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF KARSTEN SANDSMARK, DECEASED; ERIC SANDSMARK ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ; CITY OF BONITA SPRINGS are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 17, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY OF BIG BEND ROAD AND THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY OF TARPON AVENUE IN THE SW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND RUN WEST ALONG THE RIGHT OF WAY ON THE NORTH LINE OF TARPON AVENUE FOR A DISTANCE OF 400.00 FEET TO A MONUMENT; THENCE RUN N. 0°13'30” WEST FOR 499.61 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN NORTH 0°13'30” WEST FOR 50 FEET; THENCE RUN EAST 100 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY OF TARPON WAY; THENCE RUN SOUTH 0°13'30” EAST ALONG THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF TARPON WAY FOR 50 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THE ABOVE DESCRIBED TRACT BEING HEREINAFTER KNOWN AS “LOT NO. 11” OF TARPON BEND SUBDIVISION AS PLATTED AND APPROVED FOR RECORD BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN OPEN MEETING
