NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2012-CA-000037-CAAX-ES of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Dade City, Pasco County, Florida, Paula S. O'neil, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.comat 11:00 A.M. EST on the 17 day of October 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 192, TANGLEWOOD VILLAGE, PHASE 2 AT WILLIAMSBURG WEST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 134, 135, AND 136, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
