NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 31, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 383, THE LAKES UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 89 THROUGH 91, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
to the highest and best bidder, for cash at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on the 19th day of October, 2016 at 11:00 AM, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
