NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 2nd day of June, 2016, and entered in Case No. : 2015CA001908CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R, BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC, ITS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff and LORI A. NEHRING A/K/A LORI NEHRING; BORDEN FUNDING, LLC; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF CRANE'S ROOST UNIT FIVE, INC., are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 12th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
