NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 6, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 006294 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and JOHN A. ROSSLER A/K/A JOHN ROSSLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN A. ROSSLER A/K/A JOHN ROSSLER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITY OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA; VANDERNOORD PARTNERS A/K/A HARRY VAN DER NOORD D/B/A REGATTA POINTE MARINA; are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 4 day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK “D”, FIRST ADDITION TO HILLCREST PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, AT PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
