NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 27, 2016, entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-000656 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Donnie G. Kastor; Kathryn A. Kastor; Suntrust Bank; Tenant #1 N/K/A Amanda Kastor; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 26th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 9, SOUTH GATE MANOR, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
