NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-010318, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and KEVIN A. VOGT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEVIN A. VOGT; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FISHHAWK RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; KINGLET RIDGE AT FISHHAWK RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 4 day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 41, FISHHAWK RANCH PHASE 2 TRACT 12B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 113, PAGE 265 THROUGH 276, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
