LAURENZO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK J. LAURENZO; CANTERBURY TRAIL AT CROSS CREEK HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 27, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
