NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of In Rem Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-002379 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-KS1, is Plaintiff and STANLEY ZEDALIS A/K/A STANLEY J. ZEDALIS, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 1/3 OF THE NORTH 175 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
Property Address: 13713 WALDEN SHEFFIELD ROAD, DOVER, FLORIDA 33527
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
