NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 11, 2016, in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Lot 15, Block 2, Tampa Palms 5C Unit 1, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 68, Page 21, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 7th day of November, 2016 on-line at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
