NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-016750 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC, Plaintiff, and, BERKERY, ROBERT, et. al., are Defendants, clerk Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 10th day of October, 2016, the following described property:
