NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated August 30, 2016, and entered in Case Number: 2015-CA-007669-CI, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SAWGRASS VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and SIR WILLIAM WILSON, et al., is the Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on November 1, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 127, SAWGRASS VILLAGE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 131, Pages 71 - 87, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
