NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 5, 2016 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale and Directing the Clerk of Court to Disburse Forfeited Funds dated August 30, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-2743-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1 ASSET BACKED NOTES, Plaintiff, and GLORIA MOORE; FCC INVESTMENT TRUST I;, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of October, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, SHAW'S RESUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
