NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Reforeclosure, dated August 31, 2016, entered in Case No. 2016-CA-001519-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-8 is the Plaintiff and Eugene Radice; Tymber Skan On The Lake Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Tymber Skan On The Lake Owners Association, Section Three, Inc.; State Of Florida; Orange County Clerk Of Court; Orange County; Phh Mortgage Corporation F/K/A Cendant Mortgage Corporation D/B/A Century 21 Mortgage; Wisley Chericel; Occalia Chericel are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 6th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL, COMPOSED OF UNIT F, BUILDING 9, TYMBER SKAN ON THE LAKE, SECTION ONE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, OF TYMBER SKAN ON THE LAKE, SECTION ONE, A CONDOMINIUM DATED JULY 6, 1972, AND RECORDED JULY 6, 1972 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2246, PAGE 381, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM; AND SUBJECT TO ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND/OR SUPPLEMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
