NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of August 2016 and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-007265-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and RICHARD P. PORTIGIANI A/K/A RICHARD PORTIGIANI; CAMELOT-BY-THE-LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR CITIBANK, N.A.; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 10th day of October 2016 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 9, BUILDING F, OF CAMELOT-BY-THE-LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3139, PAGE 222, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
