Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on October 12, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described real property:
Unit No. LL104 , The Oaks IV, a Condominium subdivision according to the survey, plot plan and graphic description of improvements thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 6, Pages 10A through 10Z2, and as subsequently amended, and being further described in the Declaration of Condominium of The Oaks IV, a Condominium recorded in OR Book 821, Page 2073, and as subsequently amended, all recorded in the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Commonly known as 19505 Quesada Ave, Unit LL104, Port Charlotte, Florida 33948
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the County Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 16-0410 CC, The Oaks IV Condominium Association, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Lawrence A. Bicz, Defendant.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
