NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2016in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the www.charlotte.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on October 3, 2016, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 2205 BUILDING 2 PHASE 1 OF THE CONDOMINIUMS AT WATERSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3143 AT PAGE 222 AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, ALL OF WHICH HAVE BEEN RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This Notice of Sale shall be published for two (2) consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
