NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Second Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and the Order Granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE WEST 1â„2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1â„4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1â„4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1â„4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE N00'13'48” E. ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID WEST 1â„2, A DISTANCE OF 125.18 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING: THENCE CONTINUE N00'13'48” E., ALONG SAID EAST LINE, A DISTANCE OF 272.57 FEET; THENCE S89'54'50” W, 309.47 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF THAT CERTAIN ROAD RIGHT-OF- WAY AS DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 381, PAGE 319 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH ALONG SAID EAST LINE, A DISTANCE OF 275.57 FEET; THENCE N89'21'19” E, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID ROAD RIGHT-OF WAY A DISTANCE OF 308.39 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

at public sale, on October 5, 2016, beginning at 11:00 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter as the sale may proceed, to the highest and best bidder, for cash. The foreclosure sale will be conducted on the prescribed date via an internet sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
