at public sale, on October 5, 2016, beginning at 11:00 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter as the sale may proceed, to the highest and best bidder, for cash. The foreclosure sale will be conducted on the prescribed date via an internet sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
