NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-008248 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and LUCIO MARTINEZ A/K/A LUCIO M. GARCIA, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 6th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 223, OF ANCIENT OAKS UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 31 THROUGH 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 6324 91st Avenue E, Parrish, FL 34219-5400
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
