Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 21, 2014, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on August 31, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on October 05, 2016, beginning at 11:00 AM.
