Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-24, is the Plaintiff and Keith M. Nademus, Lori A. Nademus, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Countrywide Financial Corporation, Patricia Gerhardt, United States of America, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 12th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 9, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE, SUBPHASE C, UNIT 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 57-60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
