NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 2, 2016 in Civil Case No. 11-2015-CA-1961 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of October, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The North Half of Tract 124, Golden Gate Estates, Unit 68, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 90, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with a 30 feet access easement over and across the West 30 feet of the South Half of Tract 124.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
