NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 4 day of August, 2016, and entered in Case No. 1400459CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH5 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CH5 is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN L. CONYERS A/K/A STEPHEN LYNN CONYERS A/K/A STEVE CONYERS CHERYL A. CONYERS A/K/A CHERYL ANN CONYERS; and SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 6 day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 1, AVALON ESTATES, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
