NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 7, 2016, and entered in 11-2013-CA-003277-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and ERIC G. HRRON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE, OF THE MILLARD G. HERRON, JR., TRUST UNDER UNRECORDED AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 8, 2012; ERIC HERRON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC G. HERRON; WESTGATE AT IMPERIAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on October 6, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 104-A, WESTGATE AT IMPERIAL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1924, PAGES 854 THROUGH 931, INCLUSIVE, WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
