NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 06, 2013, and entered in 112008CA0051790001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-12 is the Plaintiff and MICHELLE DE SOUSA; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A QUENTON DE SOUSA; DELASOL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ; JOSE D. DE SOUSA are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on October 6, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
