Final Judgment was awarded on June 2, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2013CA-005576-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-2 is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF MARGARET F. SHUMAN A/K/A MARGARET ANN SHUMAN, DECEASED; MONOGRAM CREDIT CARD BANK OF GEORGIA, A CORPORATION; JAMES W. SHUMAN, JR.; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MARGARET F. SHUMAN A/K/A MARGARET ANN SHUMAN, DECEASED; UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF MARGARET F. SHUMAN A/K/A MARGARET ANN SHUMAN, DECEASED; CHARLES R. SHUMAN; SHARON PHOA; TIMOTHY SHUMAN A/K/A SKIP SHUMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A JAMES W. SHUMAN, JR.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Stacy M. Butterfield will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com on September 30, 2016 at 10:00 AM EST, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7 IN BLOCK 1 OF SHORE ACRES SUBDIVISION OF LAKELAND, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
