Final Judgment was awarded on August 15, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2013CA-002848-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, GREENTREE SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and DOUGLAS E. WORDEN; UNKNOWN HEIRS BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CANDACE D. WORDEN A/K/A CANDACE DIANE WORDEN, DECEASED; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; KAREN CLARK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CANDACE D. WORDEN A/K/A CANDACE DIANE WORDEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOUGLAS E WORDEN N/K/A CATHY WORDEN; BERNICE MEYERS; TAMBRIA DAVIS; AMY CLARK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

THE NORTH 85 FEET OF THE SOUTH 235 FEET OF LOT 18 IN BLOCK 3, OF LAKEWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION, LAKELAND, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR EGRESS AND INGRESS PURPOSES ON, OVER AND ACROSS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:
THE NORTH 5 FEET OF THE SOUTH 165 FEET OF THE EAST 50 FEET OF LOT 17 OF BLOCK 3 OF LAKEWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR ROAD PURPOSES IN AND TO THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:
THE NORTH 10 FEET, OF THE SOUTH 160 FEET OF LOT 17, BLOCK 3, OF LAKEWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE EAST 10 FEET OF THE SOUTH 160 FEET OF LOT 16, BLOCK 3, OF SAID LAKEWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
