NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 4, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015CA-002707-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-WMC2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC2 is the Plaintiff and William L Roberts A/K/A William Roberts A/K/A William Lee Roberts; The Unknown Spouse of William L Roberts A/K/A William Roberts A/K/A William Lee Roberts; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Capital One Bank (USA), National Association; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, QUAIL HOLLOW, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
