NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015CA003593000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein New Penn Financial, LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing as servicer for Anson Street, LLC is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Rutha L. Taylor a/k/a Rutha Lee Taylor, Deceased; Wanza Taylor; Albert Henry Taylor Jr.; Beverly Kay Taylor Armstrong; Michael Angelo Taylor; CitiMortgage, Inc., successor by merger to CitiFinancial Mortgage Company, Inc., successor by merger to CitiFinancial Mortgage Loan Corporation f/k/a Associates Home Equity Loan Corporation are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, RUN SOUTH 0 DEGREES 01' WEST 660 FEET, THENCE RUN WEST 150 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE RUN SOUTH 0 DEGREES 01' WEST 110.91 FEET, WEST 50 FEET, NORTH 0 DEGREES 01' EAST 110.91 FEET, THENCE EAST 50 FEET, SAID LANDS ALL LYING AND BEING IN POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
