NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25, 2016, entered in Case No. 2013CA-000763-0000-WH of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Successor by Merger to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, N.A., As Trustee for Aegis Asset Backed Securities Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-3 is the Plaintiff and Mary Lomax; Julius Lomax; Leroy L. Bibsby, As Trustee for the Seminole Avenue Lomax Trust Dated October 3, 2005; Unknown Tenant#1; Unknown Tenant#2 are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, 9 AND 10, BLOCK 1 OF SHERERTZ AND SMITH'S SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 14 MITCHELL'S ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF FORT MEADE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
