NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale, dated August 30, 2016, entered in Case No. 2014CA-004346-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for CIT Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-1, by Caliber Home Loans, Inc., f/k/a Vericrest Financial, Inc., as its attorney in fact is the Plaintiff and Hector Reyes; Ursula Reyes; Highland Square Homeowners Association, Inc.; The Independent Savings Plan Company d/b/a ISPC ; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Wilmington Finance, Inc. are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 53, HIGHLAND SQUARE PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 120, PAGE 45 AND 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
