NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of August 2016 and entered in Case No. 2016CA-000682-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and TERRI D. ASTROGANO A/K/A TERRI ASTROGANO; MIDFLORIDA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; THE GROVE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A CYNTHIA BOWDEN; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 13th day of October 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 2, THE GROVE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
