NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 1, 2016, and eentered in Case No. 15-CA-051309 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida Wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-26CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-26CB, is Plaintiff and DREW TRUST HOLDINGS, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER A TRUST AGREEMENT AND KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 1525 DATED MARCH 5, 2014; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on November 30, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
