NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 18, 2016, entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-050188 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Pamela A Katruska; Southtrust Mortgage Corporation; Woodgate Estates Property Owners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 19th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, WOODGATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 86 THROUGH 88, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
