NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 1, 2016, and entered in Case No. 36-2016-CA-000550 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Helen E. Grubbs a/k/a Helen Elizabeth Grubbs, deceased, Colleen Rose, as an Heir of the Estate of Helen E. Grubbs a/k/a Helen Elizabeth Grubbs, deceased, Deborah Elliott, as an Heir of the Estate of Helen E. Grubbs a/k/a Helen Elizabeth Grubbs, deceased, Seven Lakes Association, Inc., United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 31 day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM FAMILY UNIT 102, SEVEN LAKES BUILDING NO. 8, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 930, PAGE 438-478, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
