NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-001516 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and FIDEL DEPAZ; UNKOWN SPOUSE OF FIDEL DEPAZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MONSE OSEURA; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A FELIPE OSEURA, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 7 day of October, 2016, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK 91, UNIT 18, SOUTHWOOD SUBDIVISION
SECTIONS 7 & 8, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, AT PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
