NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2016, entered in Case No. 13-CA-050848 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB DBA Christiana Trust as Trustee for HLSS Mortgage Master Trust for the benefit of the holders of the Series 2014-1 Certificates issued by HLSS Mortgage Master Trust is the Plaintiff and Albert David Bodden; Nina Oliver; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Altamease Bodden a/k/a Altamease Celestine Bodden, Deceased; are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the October 13, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 762, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 22, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 1 THROUGH 16, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
