Final Judgment was awarded on Sept. 8, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-050340, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and ERNEST LAVERDIERE, JR. A/K/A ERNEST LAVERDIERE; BANK OF AMERICA N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A MICHELLE ALLAN are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 AM www.lee.realforeclose.com on 19 day of October, 2016 on, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK 5982, CAPE CORAL UNIT 93, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
