NOTICE is given pursuant to the Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 7th day of September, 2016 in Civil Action No. 11-CA-052222 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which H & K OF TAHMID, INC., a Florida corporation; MOHAMMED KAMRUL-HOSSIN, Individually; HOSHNA BEGUM, Individually; LISA VICKERS, AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; EDISON OIL COMPANY, a Florida corporation and JOHN/JANE DOE, fictitious names representing unknown tenants in possession are the Defendant(s) and AMERICAN MOMENTUM BANK, a Texas banking corporation, as successor in interest to SouthShore Community Bank is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash electronically online at the following website: http://www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 7th day of October, 2016, the following described real property set forth in the Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 30, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lee County Florida; thence North 00 degrees 36' 16” West, a distance of 242.14 feet to a point on the prolongation of the Northerly right-of-way line of Lee Boulevard; thence North 88 degrees 44' 13” East, along said right-of-way line of Lee Boulevard, a distance of 1,426.70 feet to the point of beginning, and the East right-of-way line of a 60 foot drainage ditch; thence North 01 degrees 15' 47” West, along said right-of-way line of the drainage ditch; a distance of 150.00 feet; thence North 88 degrees 44' 13” East, a distance of 200.00 feet; thence South 01 degrees 15' 47” East, a distance of 150.00 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of Lee Boulevard; thence South 88 degrees 44' 13” West, along said right-of way line of Lee Boulevard a distance of 200 feet to the point of beginning.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
