Pendelton a/k/a Marla M. Pendleton a/k/a Marla Pendelton a/k/a Marla Marie Koester, Regions Bank, Rick L. Pendleton a/k/a Rick L. Pendelton a/k/a Rick Pendleton a/k/a Ricj Leland Pendleton, United Leasing Associates of America, LTD, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 13th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
