TO: DAVID L. ROUSH, IF LIVING, AND IF DECEASED, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHERS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR UNDER DAVID L. ROUSH, if living, and if deceased, any respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against them, and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including heirs, devisees and creditors of them.
The property herein described is as follows:
Unit 152, of ALAMEDA ISLES HOMEOWNERS COOPERATIVE, according to the Exhibit “E” (Plot Plan) of The Master Form Proprietary Lease, recorded in Official Records Book 1977, Pages 1945 through 1974, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an Amended Complaint for foreclosure of Claim of Lien has been filed and commenced in this court by ALAMEDA ISLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David J. Fredericks, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or October 17, 2016; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER (Sarasota Edition).
