NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of September 2016 and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 002286 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and KARL A. KUMMER; JANICE KUMMER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CHARLOTTE HARBER; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A SARA LLOYD; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of October 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, THE OSPREY AVENUE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE(S) 272, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. ALSO RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE EAST ½ OF VACATED ALLEY LYING WEST OF SAID LOT 11, LESS THEREFROM THE EAST 10.0 FEET OF LOT 11 FOR ADDITIONAL RIGHT OF WAY FOR OSPREY AVENUE
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
